A:TuyaMall OEM App Mall is integrated in Tuya OEM App (Only for OEM App customers, not customers who use Tuya Smart and Smart Life. It offers customers a portal for product management, order processing, individualized configuration and after-sales service.
Q:What is the precondition to subscribe App mall service?
A:The app is Tuya OEM App or it is customized using Tuya SDK.
Q:Where is the OEM APP Mall?
A:The third icon in the bottom of OEM app, as below.
Q:What languages does App Mall(International) support?
A:Now App Mall supports English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Chinese. The APP store display language will automatically adapt to the phone’s default language.
Q:What payment methods does App Mall(International) support?
A:Paypal and Stripe( credit card).
Q:What currency types does App Mall support?
A:Supports up to 135 currencies, such as Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, Swiss franc, Czech krone, Danish krone, Euro, Hong Kong dollar, Hungarian forint, Israeli new shekel, Japanese yen, Mexican peso, Norwegian krone, New Zealand dollar, Philippine peso, Polish zloty, Russian ruble, Swedish krona, Singapore dollar, Thai baht, New Taiwan dollar, Chinese yuan, U.S. dollar, British pound.
Q:What is the fee of App Mall? Does it also include Transaction fees (or commissions)?
A:The standard price is 1500USD/year. It will be charged by year and we also offer 3-month free trial. Tuya does not charge any fee from the transaction.
Q:Where does the payment go to after app users pay for their orders?
A:Customers need to set up their payee accounts in Tuya IoT platform before launching App Mall. After app users pay for the products, the fee will directly go to the payee account.
Q:Can customers sell products that are not powered by Tuya.
A:Customers can sell any reasonable products including those that are not powered by Tuya. The product category is managed by Tuya so if the product is not included in the category, customers can request to add new product category.

Q:What is the process of subscribing App Mall service?
A:There are mainly three steps, which are subscribe App Mall Service, Mall Data Initialization and APP binding Mall .
Q:What if the service expires?
A:Customer can extend the service or close the mall by removing it from app.
Q:Do customers need to update and relaunch app if the mall updates?
A:No. The mall can update automatically without the app being updated and relaunched.

Q:Can customers use App Mall immediately after subscribing the service?
A:After the service is purchased, Seller Center will be activated. Before launching App Mall, customers will have to first configure the functions in Seller Center.
Q:What documents are needed to prepare in order to subscribing the service?
A:APP mall name and logo(size 144*144). They can be changed in Seller Center> Mall Configuration > Mall Center.
Q:How long does it take to enable the mall service and launch the mall in app?
A:If the customer OEM APP uses the template in v3.17.6 and later versions, after the APP is bound to the mall, the mall can be viewed in real time on the APP side.
Q:How to operate multiple overseas mall (sites) at the same time?
A:All sites can be managed in Seller Center. The operation of different sites is separate( they can have different products, currency types, languages etc).
Q:Can Tuya help run App Mall?
A:Tuya will provide technical support and organize some activities but for now we do not help customers run their malls. Customers need to operate their own malls (manage products, process the orders etc).
Q:Can customers subscribe mall service or extend the service for more than one year?
A:The maximum time for one service package is 12 months. However, customers can purchase more than one service package or extend the service when it is expired to receive service more than one year.
